What would you do with 17 grams of Nepalese saddle ring made of coral in an adjustable size 9? Would you wear it? Would you give it to someone you love? Perhaps give it to someone you hate because you’re different from the rest of us? You can do anything with it, honestly. But I ask you to care for it the way it’s previous owner did. That fine filigree work is pure art.
It’s a vintage, in stunning condition for a vintage coral ring. The Mediterranean coral has it’s pretty inclusions, demonstrative of natural coral. The stones on its side are a match, which doesn’t always happen. The ropework around the bezel completes the piece as if the artist knew that’s what was necessary to make it perfect.
Do check out our care guide for help taking care of coral pieces and sterling silver. Though, coral doesn’t really need much help. Just keep it out of solvents and such and it’ll be fine. The silver will develop more patina with time, but that’s just more beauty to an already beautiful piece.
